Privacy Policy

When you use ShubhDivas, we collect:

• Birth details — name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth for each person, entered by you to calculate compatibility.
• Email address — provided at the time of payment so we can deliver your report and link it to your account.
• Payment information — payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI ID, or bank details.
• Usage data — anonymous page view data collected via Vercel Analytics to help us improve the product.

• To calculate your Kundali compatibility report.
• To generate your personalised Vedic analysis report.
• To send your report to your email address.
• To link your paid reports to your account for future access.

We never use your data for advertising. We never sell your data to any third party.

Your report data (birth details, compatibility scores, personalised Vedic analysis) is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Supabase, located in the Asia Pacific region.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us at hello@shubhdivas.in. We will delete your data within 7 business days.

Chat conversations (kundali clarifications and Vedic Expert sessions) are automatically purged after 24 months of inactivity. Generated reports and birth details are retained separately.

We use the following third-party services to operate ShubhDivas:

• Razorpay — payment processing on this website. Card and UPI details are entered directly into Razorpay; we never see or store them. Subject to Razorpay's privacy policy.
• Anthropic Claude API — Vedic report generation. Birth details are sent to Anthropic to generate your report. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Firebase (Google) — authentication. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Supabase — database and data storage.
• Vercel — hosting and analytics.
• Sentry — crash reporting. Only an opaque Firebase user id is sent — no email, no display name. Subject to Sentry's privacy policy.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data — email us and we will send you everything we hold.
• Correct inaccurate data — email us with the correction.
• Delete your data — email us and we will erase your account and all associated reports within 7 business days.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 of India.

ShubhDivas is operated as a sole proprietorship under the laws of India. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data processed through this service.
