Refund Policy

ShubhDivas generates personalised Vedic astrology reports using classical Parashari Jyotish calculations. Because each report is generated specifically for your birth details and delivered immediately upon payment, we maintain a strict no-refund policy as described below.

All report purchases on ShubhDivas — including Kundali Matching, Nadi Dosha, Annual Forecast, Panch Varsh Forecast, Graha Bala, Prashna Timing, Yearly Horoscope, Muhurat, and Wedding Muhurat — are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered.

This policy exists because our reports are:

• Generated exclusively for your specific birth details — they cannot be resold or reused.
• Delivered digitally and immediately — you can access the report the moment payment is confirmed.
• Computed using significant server resources for each individual request.

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

• Payment was charged but no report was generated — if your payment was captured by Razorpay but no report was created and made accessible to you within 24 hours of payment.
• Duplicate charge — if you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Technical failure — if a confirmed technical error on our end prevented report delivery and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours.

To request a refund under these circumstances, email us at hello@shubhdivas.in with your payment ID (from your Razorpay receipt) within 7 days of the transaction.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount is returned to the original payment method (card, UPI, or net banking) used during checkout. Razorpay processing times may add 3–5 additional banking days depending on your bank.

There is no cancellation option once an order is placed, because report generation begins immediately after payment confirmation. If you made a mistake in the birth details entered, please email us — we will regenerate the report with the corrected details at no additional charge, provided you contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

Wallet top-up amounts credited to your ShubhDivas account are non-refundable once credited. Unused wallet balance is valid indefinitely and can be used toward any future purchase on ShubhDivas.
