Refunds & Our Accuracy Promise

Your trust is everything to us — most families come to ShubhDivas for one of the most important decisions of their lives, and we never take that lightly. Every report is computed from your exact birth details using classical Parashari Jyotish and personally reviewed by Acharya Suryakanth before it reaches you. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's exactly how.

We want you to feel confident, not cautious, when you order. So:

• Genuine calculation error? We fix it or refund you.If there's a real mistake in the astrological calculations in your report, tell us and we'll correct it right away — or refund you in full. No arguments.
• Entered your birth details wrong? We'll redo it free.Just email us within 48 hours and we'll regenerate the whole report with the corrected details at no extra cost.
• Didn't receive your report? You get every rupee back.If you were charged but the report didn't reach you, that's on us — full refund, always.

We'll happily issue a full refund if:

• You were charged but received no report — payment went through but no report was made available to you within 24 hours.
• You were charged twice — any duplicate charge for the same order is returned immediately.
• A genuine calculation error — in your delivered report that we can't correct to your satisfaction.
• A technical problem on our side — prevented delivery and we couldn't sort it out within 48 hours.

Just email hello@shubhdivas.in with your payment ID (from your Razorpay receipt) within 7 days — we'll take care of it.

Because each report is hand-calculated for yourspecific birth chart — it can't be resold or reused — we're not able to offer change-of-mind refunds once a correct report has been delivered, the way you can't return a tailored outfit that fits perfectly. That said, our Accuracy Promise above means you're never stuck with a report that's genuinely wrong. If you're unsure before ordering, message us first — we're happy to help you pick the right report.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (card, UPI, or net banking). Depending on your bank, Razorpay may take 3–5 additional banking days to reflect it.

Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited, but your balance never expires — use it any time toward any purchase on ShubhDivas.
