ShubhDivas provides Vedic panchanga information and astrological calculations for informational purposes only. Our calculations are based on traditional Vedic astrology — they are guidance, not guarantees.
By using ShubhDivas you agree to use the information provided as a supplement to, not a replacement for, advice from your family pandit or other qualified advisors.
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Reports are digital products delivered within 24 hours of payment. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a report is generated.
If you experience a technical issue — for example, a report that failed to generate or a payment that was charged without a report being delivered — contact hello@shubhdivas.in within 24 hours with your order ID and we will resolve it.
3. Accuracy
Panchanga calculations are based on standard Vedic astronomical methods using the Lahiri (Chitrapaksha) ayanamsa. Minor variations may exist between different panchanga traditions — this is normal and expected in Vedic astrology.
Always verify important decisions with your family pandit. ShubhDivas is a reference tool, not a substitute for expert counsel.

5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising from your use of ShubhDivas shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
